RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to walk-in-customer enquiries, service request, complaints and part sales
  • Create and updates service request and part sales to walk-in customer
  • Update service request
  • Liaise with other support department to solve issues raised by customer
  • Filling and maintain record
  • Assist team leader in sharing and carrying out responsibilities assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School.
  • Candidate with customer service and technical skill will be added advantage
  • Good communicate skill in Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
